What Is A Nanny?
A nanny is a childcare professional who provides consistent, in-home care tailored to each child’s needs. They create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s growth and development.
Part-Time Nannies work between 20-35 hours per week. Schedules can vary from 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. We’ll work with you to determine a set schedule that works for everyone!
Full time nannies work between 40- 45 hours per week. Five days a week. Should you find that your caregiver isn't the perfect match, we're committed to finding a replacement up to 6 months. Your confidence is our priority.
Nanny Rates
Our nannies have a criminal and auto background check conducted, references reviewed, CPR and First Aid trained, and carefully chosen to meet your family’s unique needs. Typically the placement process takes 60 days, we like to spend the first few weeks understanding you unique needs and wants in a nanny, we strive to have multiple candidates ready for interviews within 30 days. We will provide a standard Nanny contract that benefits both parties. Should you find that your caregiver isn't the perfect match, we're committed to finding a replacement up to 6 months. Your confidence is our priority.
Nanny Placement Fees
Our placement fee is $1200, we require an upfront payment of $600 to begin the search. We provide all of the necessary training, background checks and legal documentation required for placement. The remaining balance of $600 will be due one week prior to the start date of the nanny.
